Acupressure is an ancient Chinese healing method that involves applying pressure to certain meridians points on the body to relieve pain. The human body has fourteen meridian that carry energy throughout the body. At these meridians starts at the fingertips, connect to the brain and then connect to the organ associated with the specific meridian. It deals with all aspects of a person as a whole body, emotions and spirit as one not as separate parts. It relaxes muscles, tension and balances the vital life forces of the body.

Acupuncture is a technique of inserting hair like needles into known acupunture points along meridians. It is used to balance and tonify the flow of vital energy throughout the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.

Angels are messagers, and they are souls who would with their Creator in the beginning and have never separated from Him. They never had physical lifes and seeks only to do the will of their Creator. They can come in any size or shape. They may appear as male or female, but they are neither. They are beings of light. Angels are different from spirit guides.They come with a frequency of pure love whereas spirit guides have personalities and are often humorous and talk a lot

Aura - an electromegnetic field surrounding an object. This energy field is not only around you but moves within your body as well. It is not only the outside of the body that is made of electromegnetic energies, every part of the body and everything that you experience in the third demension. Auras vibrate to a different color, sound and light frequencies. The color spectrum varies with one"s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual states.

He separated them into jar with water and placed them in direct sunlight for four hours of continous sunrays. He then separated them into small bottles. He placed one teaspoon of brady for preservative. This method consisted of the four into a preparation of the remedies. Earth - From which the flowers grew. Air - which surround the remedy during polentization. Fire - which was drawn from the sunrays. Water -the meridium which was to be enriched with beneficial megnetic healing.

Candles are made from a variety of waxes and wicks. They can be made and used to give light or used for relaxation and other mood setting. Chakras- are spinning wheels within the body and are linked to sound, light and color. In order to heal, one must bring the chakras into aligment and balance. They are the crown, the brow, the throat, the heart, the solar plexus, the spleen and the root chakras.

Orange - The mental body in both its logical and conceptual form. It is used to increase immunity, to increase sexual potency, to help in all digestive ailments, chest and kidney diseases. Slight warming effect if used highly. It is not a good color for nervous or people who are easily agitated.

Yellow - Color of the intellect and it is used for mental stimulation. It will help you to think quickly. Good to clear a foggy head. Help dermatitis and other skin problem and again use carefully because it is very stimulating and can cause depression and each exhaustion.

Green - the color of healing and traveling back in time. It will balance the emotions and bring a feeling of calmness. It stimulates growth, and regrowth of tissues of all kinds.

Blue - The color of electricity, the color of truth, serenity and harmony, by kelping to sootle the mind. It is good for cooling, calming, reconstructing and protection. Blue will help feverish conditions. It will help stop bleeding and it will help with nervous irritations. It is very good for burns. Too much blue can leave a person cold, depressed and sorrowful.

Purple- It will connect you with your spiritual self. It is good for nervous and mental problems. It will assist you with rheumatism and epilepsy. It will help with pain and is used in deep body tissue work and help to heal bones.

Lavender The color of equalibrium. It helps with spiritual healing. It is charged with the light of freedom. It is used to burn off karma from other lifetimes on all levels.

White - includes all of the colors of the spectrum. It presents the source of conscious creation. It will purify the body on the highest levels. It brings peace, comfort at the highest level.

Silver - The color of peace and persistence. It is a major purging color, very good for removing disease and trouble from the body. It is the best for cancer of the tissue and blood.

Gold - It is the strongest color to help cure illnesses. It strengthens all fields of the body and spirit.
